Your season pass is required to be worn on your outermost layer and visible to the lift attendant at all times. Guests and users of Spirit Mountain’s lifts, tows, carpets, trails, features, etc are required to possess a valid daily lift ticket or season pass. If a person is found to be actively using our facility and services without paying, he/she is in violation of our established policies and will be considered a violator. Violators will be fined $100 plus the cost of a daily lift ticket at the window rate. Refusal is determined as theft of services and can result in the trespassing of violator(s) and law enforcement involved. Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

A season pass is a great, economical way to enjoy all Spirit Mountain has to offer. Our Alpine Season Pass offers full access to Spirit’s 22 runs and two terrain parks, while our Nordic Season Pass gets you nearly 25 km of cross-country ski trails to enjoy. Unfortunately, sometimes life happens, and unforeseen circumstances can cut your season short.
Spirit offers a $20 Season Pass Protection Plan that allows pass holders to recover the pro-rated cost of a pass when specifically identified problems prevent them from using their pass the entire season. These are limited to:
Monetary refunds (to the original payment method used) will only be granted if the season pass holder’s documented location transfer/call to active military service that requires a residence change of more than 175 miles from Spirit Mountain.
Season pass holders who opt-in to the Season Pass Protection Plan may only receive vouchers/credit when the protection plan is utilized. No other refunds will be granted. A voucher/credit may be utilized for any service at Spirit Mountain (ex. dining, season passes, lessons, etc.).
Season pass holders with valid Season Pass Protection who utilize their protection plan, should contact tickets@spiritmt.com. The timeframe in which the credit is granted is determined by the date you request to utilize your season pass protection via email. Vouchers/credit will be issued prior to the next season’s pass sale.
