Gravity-fed mountain biking above Lake Superior
Spirit Mountain is Minnesota’s premier lift-served mountain bike park, combining gravity-fed riding with incredible views of Lake Superior and access to Duluth’s renowned trail network.
The mountain offers a mix of terrain for all experience levels, including flow trails, jump lines, technical downhill sections, and beginner-friendly progression trails. Chairlift access means more time riding and less time climbing, whether you’re learning the basics or chasing lap after lap.
All mountain biking services are based out of the Grand Avenue Chalet located at the bottom of the hill (access via Grand Avenue). Parking at the Adventure Park is very limited and reserved for Adventure Park guests. Please use the Grand Avenue parking area when visiting the bike park.
