A mash-up of the venerable NYC Explorers Club and our local outdoor community, the Duluth Explorers Club is a monthly gathering that highlights the awesome experiences and perspectives of our friends and neighbors. Fill glasses, grab a bite, and socialize at the Riverside Bar & Grill at Spirit Mountain, then settle in for a stirring presentation featuring a local adventurer. This is not an event for climbers only and there is no formal membership (though we do have our regulars!). The Duluth Explorers Club is for anyone who enjoys the company of other local outdoor folk and letting the mind wander down avenues of grand discovery during a story about an inspiring trip, adventure, or exploration. Free event, though we pass a helmet and donations support the DCC youth climbing and Adventure Gap programing.
Dates: Meetings are once a month during the winter season; times and topics posted to social media at least three weeks in advance.
