Is your child ready to rip!? This is the place for them to move beyond the pavement and onto the trail.
Campers must have advanced beyond training wheels and be comfortable riding on varying terrain. Your camper will spend each day of this camp being introduced to the basics of mountain biking. The proper stance, braking, and trail awareness will be demonstrated and taught to these young riders to give them the foundation for a lifetime of biking. The flat ground progression area outside of the Grand Avenue Chalet, Pump Track, Skills Park, and the Duluth Traverse will be the stomping ground for these Lil Rippers to grow!
If you are unsure of which level your Lil Ripper should be in, shoot us an email at: actionsports@spiritmt.com
What to bring: A bike without training wheels and a helmet are required. Gloves are strongly recommended. We would like each camper to have a backpack with a water reservoir or water bottle attached to the bike and snack for mid-camp break. Elbow and knee pads are also recommended to protect against the minor scrapes and bumps.
