MTB Lessons

The "First Ride" Program is a two-hour clinic for beginner to intermediate level riders wanting to receive some coaching, insight and tips into the world of downhill mountain biking.  Riders must demonstrate basic bike-handling skills and maneuvers prior to progressing onto the downhill trails.

Each two-hour clinic will start with laps in our Skills Park near the Grand Avenue Chalet.  All riders will be instructed on fundamental skills to enhance their downhill riding as well as build confidence.  Following these initial laps, the clinic will then move to the chairlift and all riders will be guided down one of our beginner-level mountain bike trails for that "First Ride" experience.
